Our Taiwanese Distributor Yark sponsored Hunt. Taiwan for a trip through Taiwan. Hunt. Taiwan is a cycling team, and many of them rode all over the country with Montague folding bikes! It looks like they had a great time riding through the cities and mountains of the island.

They did however encounter a few challenges along the way:
In the first part of their trip they rode through a tsunami, giving them “iron legs”. They also rode through very strong headwinds all along the coast. There was heavy rainfall for other parts of the trip as well, sometimes lasting all day and night. Taiwan is a beautiful country, but it is also known for its sub-tropical humid climate.
Before they began the ride, they became well-educated on bike maintenance, first aid, and self-help. They always had the appropriate amount of water and rest to prevent injuries. They also adjusted their riding time to make the experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible for everyone involved.

They of course had to make modifications to their pre-arranged routes and plans as well, all a part of completing a tour like this one.
