Earlier this month the largest bicycle trade show in Asia took place in Taipei Taiwan. Montague made their way over to to the Taipei Cycle Show to exhibit their full-size folding bikes, visit with distributors and suppliers from around the globe, and check in on the newest trends in the bicycle industry.
This was the first time Montague’s newest designs were on display at the Taipei show, so it was the first opportunity for many to see the DirectConnect folding system, RackStand, and the all new look of the 2016 bikes.
The show hall was bustling just moments after doors were opened. With thousands of people in the Nangang Exhibition Center who are all passionate about cycling, it’s a very fun and exciting place to be!
Of course our friends from Montague’s Taiwan distributor Yark stopped by the booth. It’s always nice to see our partners around the world who work so hard to promote Montague. Thank you!
Taipei is a beautiful city and always welcoming to us. The view from our apartment was impressive, with the skyline and Taipei 101 tower just outside our window.
After the show closes for the day, the city really comes alive at night. The lights, the architecture, the overflowing clubs and karaoke bars make for an atmosphere you can’t help but explore.
Taipei’s various night markets are a great place to experience the local culture and get a bite to eat.
Every part of the city has a unique charm.
