Montague Revolutionizes the Road Bike with Folding FIT

Montague Bikes, the leader in full-size folding bikes, has launched the all-new FIT, a 700c bike designed to deliver top road performance while folding easily for transportation and storage. Never before has owning a road bike been so convenient.

The FIT delivers the speed and nimble ride of a road bike and the versatility of a city bike with a convenient design that can be quickly folded and stored once the ride is complete. With a 30-speed Shimano drivetrain, the FIT offers a wide range of gears perfect for hilly climbs, deep descents and long road excursions. Featuring 700c Mavic wheels, disc brakes, a carbon fiber fork, and 28mm tires, the FIT is positioned among the industry’s best endurance road bikes.

In less than 20 seconds this bike compacts to just 36 inches wide, 28 inches high and 12 inches deep, ideal for car trunks, closets and tight storage spaces. Montague’s patented DirectConnect™ folding system does not break the frame tubing like other folders, creating an extremely rigid bike that you would never image can fold. The bike’s industry standard components make repairs and customizations possible at any bike shop. The FIT retails for $1,295.00.
