Shipping Information

All Montague Bikes are shipped fully assembled and adjusted.

Unlike other bikes, our folding design allows our bikes to packaged fully assembled. If your new bike is being delivered directly to you, all you need to do is remove the packing material and attach the left pedal which is left off for packing. A pedal wrench is included.

Q: What is your shipping time?

A: Shipping on orders from Montague is via FedEx Ground Service. Most shipments will come from our west coast warehouse and delivery time varies depending on the destination. Faster delivery can be arranged with our sales department.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Montague Corporation does not ship outside of the USA. Please contact the international distributor closest to your location to order a bike. A list of international distributors can be found here.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Upon placing an order, you will recieve a FedEx tracking number via email. If you have any questions about the order call us at 800-736-5348.
