DirectConnect™ is the newest advancement in folding bike technology. Montague’s re-designed folding system took the strongest folding bike on the market and made it even better.
F.I.T. System
Our patented Folding Integrated Technology is what allows our bikes to fold around the seat tube without breaking any of the frame’s tubing. The result is a bike that rides as well or better than it’s non-folding counterparts.
RackStand
RackStand is a new concept in bicycle rack systems. It is a luggage carrier, mudguard, kickstand, and work stand all in one. It even makes folding and storing your folded bike easier.
Vibration Reduction Curve
The curved top tube found on the Montague pavement line is designed to dampen road vibrations, making the ride smoother and more comfortable. By curving our double top tube frame, we were able to disperse road vibrations in a way that reduces unwanted feedback in the handlebars and saddle area.
Frame Materials
The frames of our folding bikes are hand-made with state-of-the-art 6061 series aircraft grade aluminum, delivering a frame that is both strong and light.
